Community Election Governance
An election is activated only after Ogere Community Development Association (OCDA) and its appointed electoral committee publish the rules, offices, timetable, voter eligibility and complaints process.
Minimum Electoral Controls
These controls protect the credibility of every community election conducted through this website. They establish that an election has proper authority, that only eligible voters participate, that each vote is counted once and accurately, and that the outcome can be verified and challenged through a defined process. Adherence is not optional. Where any control cannot be met, the election should not proceed through this website.

Privacy and Data Protection
Voter identity and voting information constitute high-risk personal data processing. A Data Protection Impact Assessment is required before the elections module is used for any binding election. Personal data is minimised, access controlled and retained only in line with an approved election and data protection framework.
Election Archive
When authorised elections take place, this section preserves public electoral documents, key dates, candidate information, certified results and material corrections. Private voter data is not included in the public archive.
