Organised by: Ogere Community Development Association (OCDA), Ogere Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria
Why This Matters
The 2024 pamphlet captures a community in the middle of a major building phase. The Town Hall was about 55% complete and the Palace project had begun, both of which required continued financial support to reach completion. It records what had been given, who gave it, what was built and what remained to be done. It honours the founders, Olipakala and Yemogun, and it calls every son and daughter of Ogere, at home and abroad, to play their part in the next chapter.
As the OCDA President put it, quoting Steven Bartlett in The Diary of a CEO: "I've never seen anyone build a great company, project or organisation without a group of people, and I've never seen anyone reach personal greatness without the support of a group of people."
Aseyi s'amodun. Happy Celebration. Ogere a gbujo ooo!
