Ongoing interior and exterior renovation, furnishing and site-improvement works forming the combined Ògèrè Town Hall renewal programme.
The Ògèrè Town Hall Renovation is an ongoing community renewal programme covering both the interior redevelopment of the Town Hall and the external rehabilitation, furnishing and site-improvement works around the facility.
The programme is being coordinated and promoted by the Ogere Community Development Association (OCDA) in partnership with the wider community, sons and daughters of Ògèrè, the Ológèrè-in-Council and other supporters. Support is being mobilised through donations and contributions in cash and kind, including community fundraising associated with Lipakala Day.
The interior component covers the renewal and improvement of internal spaces used for civic administration, meetings, receptions and community programmes. The external component covers rehabilitation of the building exterior, furnishing, site improvements and associated works needed to improve the Town Hall environment as a whole.
